Kalabsha Temple, the largest in Lower Nubia, was built during the time of the first Roman emperor and honors the Nubian god Mandulis, along with Isis and Osiris.

Next, discover the rock-cut Temple of Beit El-Wali, created by Pharaoh Ramesses II and dedicated to several ancient deities. You’ll also visit the small but beautiful Kiosk of Qertassi, known for its lovely columns and Roman-era design. After your visits, return to your cruise ship and set sail for Wadi Es-Seboua, where you’ll spend the night.

Start your day exploring Wadi Es-Seboua, where you’ll visit the Temple of Wadi Es-Seboua, the Temple of Dakka, and the Temple of Maharakah. “Wadi Es-Seboua” means “Valley of the Lions” in Arabic, named after the impressive avenue of sphinxes leading to the temple built by Ramesses II. Although the temple was relocated in the 1960s, it remains a hidden gem waiting to be discovered.

After your visit, return to your Lake Nasser cruise ship and sail to Amada. Here, you’ll explore the Temple of Amada, the Temple of Derr, and the Tomb of the Viceroy of Nubia, Pennut. The Temple of Amada, dating back to the 18th Dynasty, is one of the oldest along Lake Nasser and is famous for its beautifully preserved reliefs and inscriptions. Enjoy an overnight stay in Amada.
